This group is designed to help you relieve stress, practice self-care, and reconnect with yourself through the power of art. In a warm, supportive environment, you’ll be guided to express yourself creatively, release emotional tension, and rediscover your sense of inner calm and joy. You don’t need any previous art experience—just a willingness to explore.

When do sessions take place?
Sessions are held on Thursdays from 12:00pm-1:45pm—a perfect way to spend your lunch break! The group runs from October 10th to November 14th, 2024.

This is an intimate group setting with only 8 spots available, ensuring a close and supportive environment.
Is this therapy?
While the Creative Wellness Group is designed for self-expression and emotional exploration, it is not a therapy group. The creative process may bring up emotions or thoughts that feel challenging. If this happens, know that I am available to provide you with mental health resources and guidance on how to seek additional support. Please ensure you have a personal support system in place as you engage with this creative journey.
